Colorful Custom Picture Frames

Who says frames have to be neutral?

We love using color in custom framing, and this vibrant print gave us the perfect opportunity to go bold! The bright pink ornate frame pulls beautifully from the artwork while giving the entire piece a fun, energetic personality of its own.

At 5280 Custom Framing, we have a huge selection of colorful frames — from bright, playful hues to rich, sophisticated tones. Whether you want your frame to complement the artwork or become part of the statement itself, we can help you find the perfect combination.

Don’t be afraid of a little color. Sometimes the frame is just as much fun as the art!

A beautiful watercolor deserves a framing design that feels like an extension of the artwork!

For this colorful garden scene, we used layered acid-free matting with a soft green accent that pulls directly from the landscape, museum glass for exceptional clarity and UV protection, and a beautiful green frame by Bella Moulding to complete the presentation.

The result is fresh, elegant and perfectly suited to the delicate character of the watercolor. Sometimes the best custom framing doesn’t compete with the art — it simply brings it to life!

Two beautiful paintings. Two completely different styles. Two custom frames designed specifically for the art.

From the bold texture, expressive brushwork and rich colors of the still life to the quiet warmth and detail of the mother and child, each painting called for a very different framing approach.

That’s one of our favorite parts of custom framing — finding a frame that feels like it truly belongs with the artwork. Whether understated and traditional or bold and highly textured, the right design should complement the piece without competing with it.

A wedding invitation deserves a presentation as memorable as the day itself!

For this beautiful save-the-date, we created a truly one-of-a-kind design featuring elegant linen matting, a custom decorative opening with a bold black accent mat, museum glass, and a striking black-and-white splatter frame that gives the entire piece a fun, contemporary feel.

Wedding invitations and save-the-dates make wonderful keepsakes — and custom framing transforms them into something you can display and enjoy long after the celebration is over.

Four beautiful paintings on canvas, four completely different looks!

One of the things we love about custom framing original artwork is finding a design that complements each piece without competing with it. These paintings range from intimate portraits to colorful cultural scenes, and each called for its own unique presentation.

For several of the pieces, we used float frames, creating a subtle space around the canvas that allows the artwork to appear as though it’s floating within the frame. Others called for a more traditional frame that beautifully complements the colors, texture and character of the painting.

No matter the style, age or origin of your artwork, we’ll help you find a custom frame that feels like it was made for the piece — because it was!
