Great staff and great work. I had an old piece of rice paper with some calligraphy written on it that my father brought over from China many years ago. The piece was sitting in a tube for over 15 years and was in less than perfect condition. The staff took their time and care opening it up and rolling it to see what they were working with. The level of care and attention they took through this process gave me a high level of confidence that were going to produce an excellent product at the end; and I was not disappointed! The final framed piece looks great and feels extremely solid. The guys here seem like they really enjoy what they are doing and are extremely professional - highly recommend.

We made a visit to 5280 Custom Framing during our trip to the states a few weeks ago. The products they have in stock are truly spectacular and although we were flying back to the UK the following day, we managed to squeeze getting them to create us a bespoke frame in. They were very understanding with our timeframe, which was very nice. If we go back on another trip, we'll definitely be heading back for another look in this shop! Highly recommended.

We have used 5280 for a few projects. What we love is that you can explore a wide range of frame options (price) and then find exactly what you like within budget. Framing times are also very reasonable. And we’ve always had a great result. Super helpful people in the shop to work w you on whatever it is you want to have framed.

Adam was equally incredible—he rolled up his sleeves, worked through options with me, and helped me settle on a frame choice that not only looked amazing but also could be completed in the short time I had. Both of them made me feel like my project actually mattered, even though they had plenty of other work going on.

What truly blew me away was how quickly and seamlessly they executed. I left expecting that maybe it would come close, or that I might have to compromise on quality for the sake of speed, but when I came back just two hours later, I was absolutely floored. The frame was perfect—clean lines, flawless corners, the matting lined up beautifully, and the overall presentation was stunning. You would never in a million years guess that it had been turned around in such a short window. It looked like the kind of piece you’d wait days or weeks for, yet here they were making it happen in an afternoon.

Thanks to Jared and Adam, I was able to show up to my best friend’s birthday with a gift that had meaning and presentation. The look on my friend’s face when they unwrapped it made the entire effort worth it—and I owe all of that to the team at 5280 Custom Framing. They didn’t just save the day for me; they made me look thoughtful and prepared when, in reality, I had been scrambling. That kind of service is rare, and it speaks volumes about the kind of people running this business.

I had an amazing experience with 5280 Custom Framing! They framed a signed poster for me and took incredible care of it from start to finish. We spent about 20–30 minutes choosing the perfect frame, and they walked me through exactly why each option would (or wouldn’t) work, overall super knowledgeable and patient.
