In March, LoDo District, Inc. honored Jarrod Perrott, owner of FastFrame of LoDo, with theĀ 2015 LoDo “Cares Award” at theĀ 25th Annual LoDo Limelight Awards!

The Cares Award recognizes individuals or businesses who have made a commitment to service to the neighborhood through a significant philanthropic contribution or community involvement.

We are very honored by this recognition and we’re so happy to give back to a community that has been so good to us!

Jackie Robinson Day

Being that it’s Jackie Robinson Day, we thought it would be appropriate to share this project that we framed for one of our sports collecting customers. For those of you who don’t know, on one day each season, every player in Major League Baseball will wear number 42 to honor Jackie Robinson, the first African American to play Major League Baseball.

This customer had a game-worn Nolan Arenado Rockies jersey from the 2014 season. As you can see, we cut mountains, along with Jackie Robinson’s 42 into the matting with a custom name plate. This was definitely a fun project, and we were honored to frame this jersey for our customer.
